Renew Annual Membership
All MAHI members are required to hold a valid home inspectors license as issued by the State of Maryland | Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation | Commission of Real Estate Appraisers & Home Inspectors.
Renewals ($50 reduced renewal fee for 2021-22 due to COVID-19) are due annually on or before June 1st. Renewal reminders will be emailed to you.
To renew your membership: log in using your email and password, then click to your profile (you may have to click on your name at the top of the screen). Click the RENEW link and follow the instructions from there.
Not sure of your password? Click the FORGOT PASSWORD link on the login page.
If you wish to renew prior to receiving your renewal notice, you can login to your profile and follow renewal instructions, mail a check to the contact address, or email us at marylandinspectors@gmail.com.
With your timely renewal of dues, you do not have to pay the Website Management Fee of $20 (new members only). Late renewals may incur the Website Management Fee.
