All applicants for Regular Membership are required to hold a valid home inspectors license as issued by the
State of Maryland | Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation | Commission of Real Estate Appraisers & Home Inspectors.
Please provide proof of your valid Maryland Home Inspector License by including your Maryland License #.
By applying for membership to the Maryland Association of Home Inspectors, the applicant agrees to abide by the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as set forth by the Maryland Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and Home Inspectors.
Annual dues (special rate $50 for regular membership 2021-22) are due with your first-time application to join MAHI. If you join within six months of the next renewal on June 1, your initial membership dues will be pro-rated.
All new regular members are required to pay a one-time Website Management Fee of $40 in addition to the membership dues.
If you are currently enrolled in a home inspection instructional program prior to becoming licensed, you are eligible to apply for one year of reduced Student Membership. You must email proof of current enrollment to marylandinspectors@gmail.com before your membership can be approved.
