Pursuant to the bylaws of the Maryland Association of Home Inspectors (MAHI), all Home Inspectors listed are Maryland Licensed Home Inspectors.  Associate Members are non-home inspectors.

Maryland Inspectors are required to abide by the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as set by Commission of Real Estate Appraiser and Home Inspectors.

Service Areas within Maryland:
Baltimore Metropolitan, Annapolis Metropolitan, Washington DC Metropolitan, Central Maryland, Eastern Shore, Southern Maryland, and Western Maryland.

Service Areas Outside of Maryland:
Northern Virginia, Eastern Shore of Virginia, Delaware, Southern Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
