Pursuant to the bylaws of the Maryland Association of Home Inspectors (MAHI), all applicants for regular membership are required to hold a valid home inspectors license as issued by the State of Maryland; Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation; Commission of Real Estate Appraisers & Home Inspectors.
Please provide proof of your valid Maryland Home Inspector License.
Annual dues ($75.00 for MAHI Members) are due on or before the 1st of June (each year).
By applying for membership to the Maryland Association of Home Inspectors, the applicant agrees to abide by the Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and Home Inspectors' Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, and enclose the appropriate fee. The fee for first time new applicants is $75.00 plus a one time fee of $20.00 for MAHI Web Page maintenance ($95.00 total).
For first time new applicants who apply after November 30, the fee is pro-rated to $37.50 plus the $20.00 Web Page Maintenance fee.
Associate Membership: enclose the amount of $35.00. If you desire to be posted on our web site as an associate, a one time additional fee of $25.00 is required to cover additional cost.
